St. Louis, Aug. 17, 2009 - JMN Logistics, a national leader providing quality auto transportation services, has hired Elizabeth (Liz) Burns as regional manager, strategic accounts, and Jesse Chilton as dispatcher. Both highly regarded professionals started with JMN on Aug. 10.
Burns recently served as manager of fleet logistics/transportation for Vanguard Car Rental USA Inc., where she was responsible for all transportation moves for National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car. She has 20-plus years of experience in the travel industry, including five years in logistics/transportation. Burns attended the University of Minnesota Duluth and will be working from Minneapolis, where she looks forward to volunteering in the local community.
Chilton joins JMN from FedEx Auto Transport, where he was in charge of dispatching drivers throughout the United States. Prior to that, he worked for 12 years at Cassens Transport Company in Princeton, Ind., where he rose to the position of terminal manager. Chilton lives with his wife and three children in Pacific, Mo.
